Pilot programme

Be among the first to use Kelomo

We are looking for 5–10 pilot companies that put Kelomo to real use and tell us straight what works and what does not. In return you get 90 days free and the founder’s personal help with onboarding.

We reply to every application within one business day.

Pilot benefits

What a pilot company gets.

Kelomo free for 90 days

The pilot period runs three months instead of the usual 30-day trial – every feature, for your whole staff.

Personal onboarding

The founder helps you get started in person: working-time models, importing data from your old system and the first payroll export together.

A direct line to the builder

Your feedback goes straight to the person building the product and shapes what gets built next. Pilot companies’ wishes carry the most weight.

How the pilot runs

Four steps.

01 Application

Tell us about your company.

Send a short message: company name, headcount and type of work (office, shift or project).

Pilot place reserved
02 Onboarding

We start together.

We go through your working-time models and import customers and projects from your old system. A one-hour remote session covers the start.

Kelomo up and running
03 Everyday use

Daily use shows what works.

Your staff record and confirm working time as usual. Roughly every two weeks we have a short feedback call.

Feedback straight into development
04 After the pilot

You decide what happens next.

After the pilot you can continue at list pricing or export your data. Everything recorded stays in place if you continue.

Keep using it, or take your data with you

What we expect

Real use and straight talk.

The pilot pays off for both sides only if Kelomo is in genuine use. We expect three things:

  • Working time is recorded in Kelomo At least one team uses Kelomo daily throughout the pilot period.
  • A short feedback call every two weeks 20–30 minutes remotely: what worked, what dragged and what was missing.
  • Permission to ask We may ask follow-up questions when your feedback reveals something interesting.

Frequently asked

Pilot terms in brief

01 What does the pilot cost?

The pilot period is free for 90 days. After that, use continues at list pricing: the base price is €7 per user per month, with add-ons as needed. Joining the pilot is an entirely separate decision from continuing.

02 What am I committing to?

Genuine use and a short feedback call roughly every two weeks. You can end the pilot at any time, and continuing is entirely your decision.

03 What happens to our data after the pilot?

If you continue, everything recorded stays as it is. If you stop, you get your data out as CSV and we delete it from the service in line with the privacy statement.

04 What kind of company fits the pilot?

A Finnish company of 5–50 people where working time is recorded – office, shift or project work. It is especially valuable if your current way (Excel, paper or an old system) feels laborious.

05 Why are you looking for pilot companies?

Kelomo opens to everyone in September 2026. The core – recording and confirming working time, leave, shifts, projects and payroll export – is built and tested; the pilot exists to polish the finish in real everyday use before launch, which is why we take a limited number of companies. Behind the product is over 30 years of experience building systems for Finnish SMEs.

06 How do I apply?
