Kelomo connects to your systems
Keep using your accounting system and calendar alongside Kelomo. Transfer working time and billing data through existing connections or build an integration with the API.
What is transferred, and how?
Choose a connection according to the data you need to transfer. File exports and ready-made API connections are different options.

Kelomo’s API and webhooks are included. Check the receiving service’s agreement, API access and any charges separately. Files can also be delivered by email or SFTP where the recipient’s process allows it.
Build the connections you need
For your own systems or reporting needs, Kelomo’s open API gives access to data and actions within the permissions you choose.
- Automate recurring transfers The API and event notifications, known as webhooks, are included in Kelomo’s price. The developer portal has the documentation for building your connection.
- Bring your existing data Import employees, customers, projects and leads from CSV files. Reports and export data are also available as files for further use.
- Connect apps with Zapier Kelomo’s Zapier connector is added with an invite link from the help centre. It links Kelomo events to actions in other apps without writing your own code.
Use Kelomo with your own AI assistant
Prepare for a customer meeting, request leave or handle team approvals in conversation. The assistant connection gives your AI service access to Kelomo’s data and features with your permissions.
Integration questions
Are there separate connection fees?
Kelomo’s API and webhooks are included. Building a custom integration and fees charged by other providers, such as an e-invoice operator, need to be considered separately.
What does the calendar connection read?
By default, event times and types are used to suggest a working day. You can separately allow titles to help identify a project or country. Titles are not stored in Kelomo.
What if our system is not listed?
Tell us what data you need and which system should receive it. We can work out whether a file export, the API or a new built-in connection would fit.
