Record the work order
A work order starts from a call, quote, service request or planned maintenance. The work type sets the billing mode and service promise.
Add-on
Assign jobs to technicians and follow visits as they progress. Technicians find work order details on their phones and record completed work, photos and materials for billing.

From work order to invoice
A work order starts from a call, quote, service request or planned maintenance. The work type sets the billing mode and service promise.
The same order can contain several visits. The visit status shows whether the technician is on the way, on site or done.
Completed work, measurements, photos and parts are saved to the report, which the customer signs on site.
Hours, parts and travel are added to the invoice as time and materials, a fixed price or under the maintenance agreement.
Dispatch
The work queue, technicians’ days and customer sites are visible side by side. Kelomo helps find the right technician and suggests an order for the day.
For the technician
Technicians see visits, directions and access details on their phone. Visit hours also form the workday that goes for approval.
Work report
The customer receives the completed report through a link without signing in.
The asset card brings visits, service history and lifecycle costs together.
The agreement creates scheduled maintenance at the agreed service intervals.
Issues, transfers and reorder points keep stock current and costs included in the margin.
Schedule visits and compare the effects of changes before approving the new plan.
Frequently asked
No. "Where is the technician" is answered by the visit status: on the way, on site or done. The technician changes the status, and the phone reports no location in the background. The map shows sites and the day’s routes, not people.
No. Kelomo suggests – an assignee for a visit, a better order for the whole day, and a slot in the day for a job in the queue – and the supervisor approves. Every move in the day proposal appears in the comparison with its reasons and can be accepted move by move. A discarded proposal leaves the day unchanged.
Field service is an add-on at €9/user/month for the users who need it, on top of the working-time base price. Dispatch and administration are permissions, not separate licences. Creating and sending invoices is included in both the field service and project management add-ons, so field service does not require a separate project management subscription.
Yes. The visit is assigned to the subcontractor by name and agreed cost, and it appears in its own lane on the grid. The cost carries into the work order margin.
The grid shows that the person is away. The type of absence stays between the employee and their own supervisor.
A site’s access details – gate code, alarm code and key safe location – are stored separately. They are shown to the field service administrator and the assigned technician for the duration of the visit and one day before and after it. They are not included in work reports or shared links, and through the API they are available only with field service administration rights.
