What's new in Kelomo

Connect Kelomo to the AI assistant you already use: Claude, ChatGPT or another service that supports MCP. Then ask the assistant about your leave balance, your flexitime balance or who is at work today, and have it record a work day, request leave or draft a travel claim.

The assistant sees what you see. It saves the work day and the travel claim as drafts for you to confirm in Kelomo, and a leave request goes to your manager as usual. You open the connection in your own settings on the AI assistant tab.

Time off can be requested for part of a day in three ways: Coming in later, Leaving earlier or Other time, where you set the clock times yourself. The day’s expected working time is counted from the time left outside the absence.

The supervisor approves a part-day absence from the same queue as a full day off.

Billable work and expenses recorded on a project are collected into a draft invoice. You review the lines, add items from the item register and send the invoice to the customer as an e-invoice.

Accounts receivable shows open and overdue invoices, so you know what is still unpaid.
