Working time reports show team hours, balances, overtime and missing entries. You can also review absences and accrued and used leave, helping managers and payroll resolve open items before the period ends.
Records and inspections

Using and sharing reports
Can I export reports to Excel or PDF?
Yes. Download a report in its supported formats, such as Excel, PDF or CSV, for further analysis and sharing.
Can I receive a report regularly by email?
Yes. Reports that support scheduling can be sent to selected recipients daily, weekly or monthly. The reporting period can advance automatically, for example to the previous month.
Does the payroll period report use the exported data?
Selecting an export run shows the calculation saved with it. A preview of current data can differ from an earlier export if entries have since been corrected.
Can everyone access every report?
Reports and their data depend on permissions and enabled add-ons. Access to personal records, team information and project finances is controlled separately.
