A delegate can handle approvals too
A manager can appoint a delegate for a defined period. Pending team matters appear in the delegate’s own approval queue and can be handled on the phone. Delegated access ends after the selected period.

About the mobile app
Which devices does the app run on?
The app is available for iOS and Android phones. Use the same Kelomo login as in the browser, with access based on your role and your organisation’s subscription.
Does everyone have to install the app?
No. Kelomo also works in a browser. The mobile app is an option for people who prefer to handle workday tasks on their phone.
Will the phone buzz constantly?
Choose notification topics and channels, and set up digests and quiet hours. Urgent shift changes may still arrive during quiet hours.
Does the app show the employee’s location?
Location relates only to the moment of clocking in, and only if the employer has explicitly enabled it. There is no continuous tracking in the app, and by default no location is stored.
