The main points of using the service. We provide the detailed contractual terms in connection with the agreement.
The service
Kelomo is a SaaS service for working-time and workforce management, provided as a web and mobile app. The service is provided by Tohmoco Oy (business ID 3387948-8).
Trial and pricing
The trial is free for 30 days and does not renew automatically to a paid plan. Paid use is a per-user monthly fee without a setup or platform fee. Add-ons are charged only for the users who use them. We bill a minimum of €50 per month; if the licence total falls below it, the difference is added to the invoice as minimum billing. Payment is made primarily by credit card via the Stripe payment service.
Liabilities and security
We are responsible for the service’s security and availability as agreed. The data is kept in Finland. The binding terms of use, the data processing agreement (DPA) and the service level description (SLA) are available and accepted in the service at onboarding.
