The service

Kelomo is a SaaS work management service that brings together working time, shifts, field service, projects, invoicing, sales, HR, travel and expenses. It is available as a web and mobile app and is provided by Tohmoco Oy (business ID 3387948-8).
Trial and pricing
The trial is free for 30 days and does not turn into a paid plan automatically. Paid use is a per-user monthly fee without a setup or platform fee. Add-ons are charged only for the users who use them. We bill a minimum of €69 per month; if the licence total falls below it, the difference is added to the invoice as minimum billing. Payment is made primarily by credit card via the Stripe payment service.
Liabilities and security
We are responsible for the service’s security and availability as agreed. The data is kept in Finland. The binding terms of use, the data processing agreement (DPA) and the service level description (SLA) are available and accepted in the service at onboarding.
