Everything below is included for every user at no extra charge.
Balances and flexitime
Flexitime, overtime and other balance accounts are computed from the working-time model. Models are versioned: each week is computed with the model that was in force then.
Leave and absence
Annual leave accrual and use, sick leave and other absence from request to approval and onto the leave board.
Confirmation and approval
The employee confirms their day, the supervisor approves from a single queue. Correcting confirmed data always leaves a trace.
Reports and payroll data
Ready-made reports and payroll data export to the common payroll systems. API, webhooks and CSV are included in the price.
Mobile app
An app for iOS and Android, for employees and supervisors alike. Clocking in, confirming the day and approvals all work in the field.

The details of the pricing
01 What makes up the price?
The base product is a per-user monthly price of €7. Add-ons are added only for the users who need shift planning, projects, HR or travel claims. There are no mandatory bundles or tiers.
02 Who counts as a user?
A user is a person with a current employment in the system. Licence counts are set on the subscription page, which also shows how many of them are in use. When people change, you adjust the count there and the change carries into billing.
03 What is the minimum billing?
We bill at least €50 per month. If the licence total falls below that, the invoice gets a separate minimum-billing line for the difference. You never need to buy extra licences: you hold licences only for your actual user count.
04 Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice at the applicable rate.
05 Do I pay for add-ons for the whole organisation?
No. An add-on is added per user, not for the whole organisation.
06 Can we start with working time only?
Yes, and that is the usual way. Many start from working-time confirmation and balances and add shifts, projects or travel once the daily routine works. An add-on can be switched on and off at any time, and the change shows on the next invoice.
07 Are there onboarding or integration fees?
There are no mandatory fees: self-service onboarding, the API, webhooks, calendar feeds, single sign-on (SSO) and CSV import and export are included in the base price. If you prefer, our expert delivers onboarding as a service – a one-off fee from €490, with the scope agreed in a scoping call.
08 What happens after the trial?
The trial is free for 30 days and does not turn into a paid plan on its own. Afterwards you choose the user count and scope yourself, and payment is made primarily by card via Stripe.
09 Where is the data located?
In Finland – servers, data and development alike.
