From confirmed data

Balances are calculated only from confirmed days, so the figure never drifts with drafts.

Caps and overflow under control

When an account hits its cap, the excess is routed to the agreed place – another account or pay – and the transfer shows in the balance events.

Balances brought over from your old system

Opening balances are imported from a CSV file with guidance, and the import can be previewed and undone – ready templates for the most common systems.

Frequently asked

Balance questions

01 What is the balance calculated from?

Only from confirmed days. Confirmation shows its effect on the balance before you commit, so there are no surprises.

02 Which balance accounts does Kelomo support?

Flexitime, working-time bank, overtime bank and working-time reduction (ADO) are separate accounts with their own accrual and cap rules.

03 Can banked leave be planned on the leave board?

Yes. Banked days are planned as whole days on the same board as annual leave, and the balance is charged at confirmation.

04 Can employees see their own balance?

Always – on the web and mobile home screen, with the effect of each confirmation visible right away.
