Ready formats for eight systems
Procountor, Fivaldi, Netvisor, Mepco, Heeros, CGI Palkat, Fennoa and SD Worx – Mepco’s file is also read by Talenom, and a configurable CSV covers the rest.
Preview the data built from approved records and export it to your payroll system in the right format. The same source data always produces the same export batch, so corrections behave predictably too.
What you get
Procountor, Fivaldi, Netvisor, Mepco, Heeros, CGI Palkat, Fennoa and SD Worx – Mepco’s file is also read by Talenom, and a configurable CSV covers the rest.
SFTP and API transfer alongside file download.
Export either hour rows or ready-made pay events by pay item – depending on what your payroll system needs.
The data can be reviewed and reproduced: corrections are their own events.
Additional, overtime and Sunday work is pre-classified onto pay items, and your own premiums (e.g. an evening premium) are defined as time windows.
Integration credentials are encrypted, never visible in the interface.
Payroll period close
Supervisors approve the period’s workdays, absences and trips from a single queue – exceptions highlighted.
Locking freezes the calculation for the payroll run, and everyone sees the locked period in their own calendar.
The export batch is previewed and delivered as a file or a direct transfer. The payroll-period report shows exactly the same figure as the exported data.
Changes made after the export become their own correction events and are picked up in the next batch.
