Switching from another system

The hardest part of a system switch is the balances that are live mid-period. In Kelomo they are imported with guidance, and the import can be previewed and undone.
- Balances from the old system Flexitime and bank balances are imported from a CSV file with ready templates – including directly from Nepton and Kellokortti export formats.
- The registers in one go People, customers, projects and leads are imported as CSV files, so nothing is set up again by hand.
- Switching mid-period works Working-time models are versioned, so the rules can take effect mid-period – the calculation for past weeks stays unchanged.
