Bring your existing clients and projects
It is easier to start a system change with work you already know. Clients, contacts, projects and tasks can be imported into Kelomo from files, so you do not have to recreate everything for the first trial.
- People and opening balances too Employee details, flexitime balances and time bank balances can be imported as CSV files from your current system.
- Keep your accounting setup Ready-made export formats are available for invoicing and payroll data. The connection to your system and the required settings are checked during setup.
- Review the import before saving Ready-made import templates simplify the transfer. The preview shows what will be added to Kelomo. If the data needs correcting, undo the import and import the corrected data again.

Get started with in-app guidance
Kelomo guides you through basic settings and adding users. The help centre and email support are available when questions come up. You can work through setup independently on your own schedule.
Bring in an expert when needed
If you want help with data migration, settings or team training, we agree on it with you in advance. The scope and price of the onboarding service depend on the help you need.
Questions before switching
Can we switch partway through the year?
Yes. Opening balances can be imported for an agreed start date. If you are moving time tracking to Kelomo too, coordinate the start with payroll periods.
What if Kelomo is not right for us?
The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. If you do not subscribe, the data can be read and exported for 60 days after the grace period and is then erased. We email you the erasure date.
