Does Kelomo also calculate holiday pay?
Kelomo calculates accrued and used leave days using the leave group’s rules. Holiday pay and compensation in euros are calculated in the payroll system.
Do banked days appear on the same leave board?
Yes. Leave from working-time banks and working-time reductions is planned on the same board. Planned use appears as a reservation; the actual deduction is made when the working day is approved.
Can the whole team see the reason for an absence?
Visibility depends on the absence type and permissions. The team can see that someone is away while the specific reason is restricted to the people handling the request.
Does Kelomo support tracking long sick leaves?
The HR add-on highlights prolonged sickness absence to support your early intervention practices. Kela sickness allowance days and workplace absence days are counted differently; benefit deadlines need to be checked separately.
