Does the assistant connection cost extra?
The connection is included in Kelomo’s price. You pay your chosen AI provider for its subscription and any usage charges.
Where does our data go?
When your assistant retrieves information from Kelomo, the response goes to your AI service. Assess that service’s data handling and privacy terms when choosing a provider. Kelomo’s own AI features separately process the relevant receipt or agreement text.
Do we have to use AI?
No. You can use Kelomo without an assistant connection or enabling its built-in AI features.
