Choose a report according to what you need to find out. The report library on the Reports page is divided into the sections below, in the same order as in the app. You can also search for a report by name. You see only the reports that your permissions and your organisation’s enabled features allow.
My reports
- Working time report: your own working-time record for the selected period, to print or download.
- Balance account statement: your own flex and time-bank movements over the period, plus the balance now.
- Leave balance report: your own leave balances per ledger kind, recorded and as an accrual estimate.
- Travel & expense summary: your own approved travel and expense reimbursements for the period.
- Driving log: your own drives in the period: routes, kilometres and purpose.
- My monitoring: balance trend and statutory monitoring, such as rest periods and maximum working time.
- Statement of employment terms: the written statement of the key terms of employment as a PDF file from your own profile.
- My schedules: report subscriptions by email, weekly or monthly.
Working time
- Team working time report: a summary of the team’s hours, balances, overtime, rest-period exceptions and missing days for the selected period.
- Person’s working-time record: one employee’s working-time records and breakdown for the selected period.
- Overtime and balance report: employee overtime, flexitime balances and time-bank balances.
- Balance account statement: balance account transactions and balances. Use this to see how a balance was reached.
- Missing entries: employees with missing confirmations and the dates concerned. Useful when preparing a payroll period.
- Hours by tracking target: how working time is divided between cost centres or other tracking categories used by the organisation.
- Punch log: punch events in chronological order. Use this to investigate a missing or extra punch, for example.
- Labour inspection summary: a report bringing together overtime, rest periods, maximum working time and unconfirmed days for review.
- Exceptional entries: working-time records to review, such as exceptions involving rest periods, missing entries, punches or calculation rules.
- Supplement breakdown: recorded employee supplements by person and type.
- Working-time monitoring: the team’s current flexitime balances, monitoring periods, weekly averages and working-time exceptions. Not all columns cover the same period; check the calculation periods.
- Corrections and change log: changes to confirmed days, who made them and why.
Calculated overtime or an exception in a working-time report does not, by itself, determine compensation. Check the entries, approvals and calculation rules when needed.
Absence
- Absence report: absences by employee and type for the selected period.
- Leave balance report: employees’ accrued and untaken leave days.
- Leave liability: untaken leave days and hours by leave type as a basis for accounting accruals. A count of days or hours is not yet a monetary valuation of the liability.
- Annual leave bookkeeping: an employee’s leave accrual and use for the leave year.
- Person’s absences: one employee’s absences over the selected period.
Payroll
- Payroll period report: the selected export batch’s saved calculation by employee and pay code. Use it to check the batch contents.
- Payroll period comparison: pay-code totals from different export batches side by side.
- Pay-code request: a list of Kelomo types with a column for the payroll system’s codes. Send it to your accounting firm or payroll system administrator to establish the mappings.
- Payroll data preview: amounts calculated before creating a batch, their calculation basis and any missing information. The result can change if the source data is corrected.
Batch contents and successful delivery are different things. Check delivery in the target’s history and, if needed, in the receiving system. See Export payroll data.
HR
- Competence matrix: each person’s qualifications and their validity, for audits and site checks.
- People report: people metrics and upcoming actions for the management review.
- Equality survey: the staff structure for the equality plan.
- People analytics: people metrics and upcoming actions.
- Training hours: training hours per person and year.
- Training plan: competence gaps, expiring cards and completed training sessions.
- Competence profile: one person’s skills, cards and training as a single certificate.
- Occupational safety log: the period’s safety incidents by type.
- Whistleblowing case: the full handling of one report from start to finish.
If your organisation uses shift planning but not the HR add-on, the section is called Competence and contains the Competence matrix and Competence profile.
Travel
- Travel & expense summary: approved per diems, kilometres and expenses per employee for the period.
- Driving log: a printable driving log of approved mileage claims.
