HR worklist and workplace safety
Handle important HR matters in time
A probation period is ending, a qualification is expiring and a safety observation needs handling. HR’s worklist brings the next tasks forward by deadline and status.

The worklist shows what needs attention
Overdue, due soon and upcoming actions appear separately. The list includes probation periods, fixed-term employment, qualification renewals, onboarding tasks and development discussions. Each row leads to the relevant action.
A status and review date for each obligation
The obligations view relates employer tasks to headcount. Record progress, notes and the next review. Agreed follow-up joins the same worklist as employee matters.
From observation to corrective action
Employees can report an accident, near miss or safety observation. The case gets a responsible person and handling status. Corrective actions can be followed, and a report brings together events for a chosen period.
