Compare skills with the work’s requirements
The skills matrix shows achieved skills, requirements and gaps. Tasks and staff groups can have qualification requirements. The skills search finds people who meet the criteria on a chosen date.
For skills that do not expire, validity can be left open. The register distinguishes skills, qualifications, cards and licences.
Certificates ready for review
Record validity dates and attach evidence. A certificate reported by an employee can be reviewed and verified. Expiring qualifications appear in the renewal list.
