Development discussion status and coverage by manager

A shared outline leaves room for your own conversation

Discussion templates support preparation. Set the participants and date, then record notes and goals after the meeting. Next time, it is easy to return to what you agreed.

Round progress by manager

Start a round for all employees, a unit or a staff group. Held, scheduled and missing discussions are shown separately. Remind managers who still have discussions to arrange.

A review round can also start partway through the year. Meetings already scheduled or held during the period are taken into account, and you can see who received a new meeting.
