Familiar services are easier to quote when the scope and prices are ready in a template. Quotes can be divided into sections for work, products and expenses. Internal costs help assess margin; the customer sees the quoted price, cover note and terms.

The customer accepts or declines through the link. Acceptance received by phone can be recorded separately.
Create a project from the quote
Estimated work becomes the hour budget and the amount excluding VAT becomes the financial budget. Sections can become phases and, for fixed-price work, payment items.
Good to know
Can an approved quote be added to an existing project?
Yes, to a project for the same customer. The approved content can be added there instead of creating a new project.
What if a sent quote needs a correction?
Open the quote for editing, which disables the earlier approval link. Send the corrected quote to the customer again.
