Divide the project into phases and milestones and link dependent tasks. Save the original schedule as a baseline. When the plan changes, you can see the shifts and record the reason.
Start the next project from a template
Project templates provide a shared structure for recurring work. Recurring tasks are created on the agreed schedule. Customers can approve tasks or milestones through a link without a Kelomo account, and the decision is saved with the project.
A payment instalment linked to a milestone becomes billable when it is completed. Actual task hours are allocated to the project through time recording.
