The Kelomo app is installed from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Sign in with the same credentials as in the browser – the username is your e-mail address, and in an organisation using single sign-on you sign in with the organisation account.
What shows in the app
The bottom bar’s tabs are assembled from your role and the features your organisation uses:
- Today – the front page: what is expected of you right now, punching and the day’s status.
- Workspaces such as Work hours, Shifts, Travel and Sales – according to what you use.
- Menu – the remaining features, settings and help.
A supervisor also sees approvals and the team’s status in the app.
A patchy connection
The app shows the last fetched data even without a connection and tells you in the view when it was fetched. Confirmations and edits are queued and sent once the connection returns. The principle and the exceptions are described in The mobile app misbehaves.
Notifications and widgets
Allow push notifications after installing so reminders and decisions reach you – the settings are the same as in the browser, see Notifications.
You can add Kelomo’s widgets to the home screen: Work week shows the week’s shifts and Punch clocks you in and out straight from the home screen.
