Activities and sales tracking

Record calls, meetings and tasks on deals, follow the day's agenda and read the sales reports.

Updated

An activity records a call, meeting, email, note or task related to your sales work. Activities are recorded on a deal, a lead or a customer, and they can have a time and an owner.

The agenda

Sales → Activities collects the open activities into an agenda: Overdue, Today, Upcoming and Undated. The next planned action also appears on the deal card in the pipeline. The card indicates when no next action has been scheduled.

Pipeline, list and views

You can browse deals as a board or a list: choose Board or List. Filters work in both, and the list can be exported as CSV. A filter combination can be saved from the View menu, either just for yourself or for the whole team, and a view can be set as the default. In the list, several deals can be handled at once: change the owner, or add and remove a tag.

A deal that has remained in the same stage for a long time is marked as stalling – the indicator appears on the card and in the stage column’s header, and the list can be limited with the Stalling only filter.

The monthly target

Set a monthly sales target in the CRM settings. The sum of won deals and progress against the target show on the Reports tab.

Sales reports

Sales → Reports shows the following for the selected period:

  • Pipeline by stage: the number and value of open deals, their weighted value and the number of stalled deals in each stage.
  • Funnel: entries per stage, conversion to the next stage, and the median time in stage.
  • Weighted forecast: monthly sales forecasts weighted by probability, alongside the value of deals forecast as committed and open deals.
  • Deal win rate and Sales cycle: the share of decided deals that were won, and the average and median duration. The breakdown can be by owner, source or reason for loss.
  • Forecast vs. realised margin: won deals compared with the billing and margin of the projects created from them.

The reports can be downloaded as CSV. If the organisation has several pipelines, the reports can be limited to one of them.
