The calendar connection uses event times to suggest working time. It does not infer what work you did. Missing suggestions may be caused by event settings or the connection’s status.
Check the calendar account and sync
Open My settings → Calendar connection. Make sure the correct calendar account is connected. Check the latest sync time and choose Sync now if needed. Read any error message if the update fails.
The event is not used for time suggestions
Time suggestions exclude events such as:
- private or confidential events,
- cancelled events and invitations you declined,
- events marked as free,
- all-day and out-of-office events.
The times of all-day and out-of-office events may be used for trip suggestions if that feature is enabled. They still do not produce ordinary time suggestions.
Check the event settings in your calendar. Keep private events private; you can record the required working time manually in Kelomo.
The connection needs you to sign in again
The calendar service’s authorisation may stop working. If the page asks you to reconnect, follow the instructions. If you need to remove the connection first, note that this also removes its synced time intervals. You can then reconnect the calendar.
Removing the calendar connection does not delete your Kelomo account.
The suggestion does not match the workday
Review and adjust the times before confirming. A calendar event does not establish that you worked the scheduled hours. Correct inaccurate recurring event times in your calendar, but record the actual working time in Kelomo.
